GCCIE GLOBAL PRIVACY POLICY, DISCLAIMER & TERMS OF USE

GCCIE ("we," "our," "us") provides educational services and digital learning tools for schools and institutions worldwide. By accessing or using the GCCIE platform, users agree to the following terms.

GCCIE follows a data minimization principle, collecting only what is necessary for educational delivery. This may include:
- User identification (name, login credentials, student school ID number)
- School affiliation
- Educational interaction data (progress, participation)
We do not collect unnecessary or sensitive personal data.
3. Purpose of Data Use
All data is used exclusively to:
- Deliver and operate GCCIE educational services
- Support teaching, learning, and assessment
- Improve platform performance and user experience
Data is never used for advertising or commercial resale.

GCCIE does not sell, rent, or commercially share user data. Data may only be disclosed:

GCCIE is an educational platform intended for use within:

All use must remain within an educational context.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All GCCIE materials including frameworks, methodologies, content, and platform features are the intellectual property of GCCIE unless otherwise stated. Users may not:

- Use GCCIE content outside authorized educational settings
10. Third-Party Content & Fair Use
GCCIE may include third-party materials for educational purposes within a secure, password-protected platform. Such use is limited to:

- Educational reading and discussion
Where applicable, materials are used under:
- Fair use / fair dealing principles
- Creative Commons licensing
All third-party content is used in good faith for educational purposes and in accordance with applicable rights.
11. Platform Access & Institutional Responsibility
Access to GCCIE is restricted to authorized users. By using the platform, users confirm that:
- They are authorized by their school or institution
- They will maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- They will use the platform in accordance with school policies
Institutions are responsible for managing user access within their organization.
12. Disclaimer
GCCIE provides educational content and services on an "as is" basis. While we aim for high quality and reliability:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use
13. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing GCCIE, users confirm that they:
- Have read and understood this policy
- Agree to comply with all applicable terms
Institutional acceptance may be provided on behalf of users.

16. Subscription & Payment
GCCIE operates as a subscription-based educational service for institutions.
16.1 Subscription Model
Access to GCCIE is provided on a paid subscription basis, typically through institutional agreements with schools or organizations.
16.2 Access Rights
Subscription access:
- Is granted only for the agreed number of users, students, or campuses
- Is limited to the subscription period
- May not be shared, transferred, or resold
16.3 Fees
All fees are defined in separate agreements with partner institutions. Continued access to GCCIE services is contingent upon payment in accordance with agreed terms.
16.4 Suspension or Termination
GCCIE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of:
- Non-payment
- Breach of these Terms
- Misuse of the platform
16.5 No Ownership Transfer
Payment of subscription fees does not transfer ownership of GCCIE content, systems, or intellectual property.
17. Curriculum Compatibility & Educational Frameworks
GCCIE is designed as a flexible educational platform that supports a wide range of international and national curricula. GCCIE is curriculum-aligned but not curriculum-dependent. This includes, but is not limited to:
- International and inquiry-based programs (e.g., IB)
- British and Commonwealth curricula
- North American curricula (including Canadian and U.S. systems)
- Other national or regional education frameworks
GCCIE does not replace official curricula but is intended to:
- Complement existing programs
- Enhance global competence and intercultural understanding
- Support diverse and multicultural classroom environments
Institutions remain responsible for ensuring alignment with their specific curriculum requirements and regulatory obligations.
18. Individual Users & Eligibility
GCCIE may offer access to individual users outside of institutional subscriptions. By creating an individual account, users confirm that:
- They are at least 18 years of age, or
- They have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of GCCIE complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
19. Individual Subscriptions & Payments
Individual users may access GCCIE through personal subscription plans.
- Fees, billing cycles, and access terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
- Access is limited to the individual account holder and may not be shared
GCCIE reserves the right to modify pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice.
20. Minors & Parental Responsibility
For users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction:
- Use of GCCIE must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or authorized educator
- Parental or guardian consent may be required for account creation
- GCCIE does not knowingly collect unnecessary personal data from minors
Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring the minor's use of the platform.
21. Dispute Resolution
GCCIE is committed to resolving disputes in a fair, efficient, and constructive manner.
21.1 Good Faith Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith discussions.
21.2 Mediation
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
21.3 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
21.4 Jurisdiction
If a dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement.
21.5 International Users
For international users and institutions, GCCIE will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a manner that respects applicable international practices and standards.
